We feel that all patients deserve the very best dental care we can provide and that everyone benefits when financial arrangements are agreed upon. In order that we may have a definite understanding regarding the payment of dental fees, we suggest one of the following payment options:
We offer several payment options for your convenience. Ask our staff about which options will work best for you. MasterCard, Discover and Visa accepted. Care Credit available (subject to approval).
We want to cooperate with you to make the most effective use of your insurance benefits. We accept assignment of insurance benefits; however, we do require your estimated portion of the bill be paid at the time of service. The remaining account balance is your responsibility after insurance has submitted their payment. Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company; we are not party to that contract, but will help with any questions you have regarding your insurance benefits. If insurance has not paid within ninety (90) days of filing the claim, the patient is responsible for the account balance.
Please be aware that some of your needed treatment may be non-covered services and not considered necessary by your insurance company. It is possible that your insurance company will not pay 100% of their share of the fees, thus leaving you ultimately responsible for the remaining balance.
Prior to an appointment, please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We will be happy to file your insurance claim for you. Please speak with Erin or Shawna for specific details.
