Our Team

Patients often comment about how much we really seem to love our jobs and how well we all work together. To those patients and to you, I will say that all it takes is a team that has pride and excitement in providing a great patient experience as well as practicing an exceptional quality of dentistry. We take great pride in serving Fayetteville and our surrounding communities.

Upon entering our office, you will be greeted and welcomed by name seemingly as more of a friend than a patient. Once you have arrived, you will not just hear the echo of dental drills, or that dental office smell that you are accustomed to, but the sound of laughter from our hygienist, JaNetta (who loves a good story or joke) and a scent that is much more pleasing and relaxing. You will likely be offered a drink and have something to read while you wait, although you can be assured that you will be seen on time and will not have to experience a long wait.

In a world that is schedule driven, we know that our patients' time is valuable. For this reason, it is not our goal to see a record number of patients in a day, but to provide you with the greatest quality of personalized care. We schedule our patients in a way that allows us to serve them more adequately and efficiently. Once you are in a room, we have the opportunity of getting to know you on a deeper level. Whether your concerns are health, comfort, fear, or that smile makeover, our priority is to develop a relationship with you so that we can give you the best we have to offer. It is our philosophy that you not only leave here with your needs or wants met, but that you leave here educated about your dental health to give you a better quality of life.

While it is not only our job to solve your dental needs and educate you to gain better dental health, we also feel that it is important that we have someone available to walk you through the process. Our treatment room allows you the privacy to discuss your dental treatment options with us from scheduling your treatments to discussing finances or other concerns that you may have.

Upon leaving our office, we hope that we have provided you with an answer to all your questions. We hope that we have customized a way to best fit your needs or wants and given you a great patient experience with an exceptional quality of care. We also hope that you leave here with a better understanding of dentistry in a way to create a better quality of life for you and your family.

I was born in Missouri and lived there until about age 13, when I moved to Fort Smith, Arkansas. I believe it was there that I first became interested in dentistry. I have always loved science and people, so dentistry was a natural connection between the two.

In 1995, I graduated from Southside High School and then enrolled in the University of Arkansas, where I graduated with a B.S. in biology in 1999. After college I was accepted into the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry and graduated in 2003. After dental school, I did a one year residency that specialized in and focused on high quality general dentistry (AEGD.)

While in Tennessee, I met my wife Claire while she was in Physical Therapy school. We were married in 2004, in her hometown of Dyersburg, TN and then moved back to northwest Arkansas. I worked in an orthodontic office and a general dental office in the area. In the summer of 2006, Dr. Broyles asked me to join him in his practice in Fayetteville Arkansas.

I absolutely love dentistry and regularly take over one hundred hours per year of continuing education. This is five times the amount required by the state licensing committee.  I am a member of and have been studying at The Kois Center of Excellence in Seattle since 2008.  I am a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Arkansas State Dental Association (ASDA), the President of Academy Interdisciplinary Dentofacial Therapy (AIDT) and volunteer at the Fayetteville Free Health Center.

When not studying, I really enjoy spending time with my wife and our two daughters, Kate and Kinley. Kate was born March 20, 2008; Kinley was born June 25, 2010.
They are the absolute joys to our lives.   We also just recently found out that we are expecting a little boy in February!!  Besides family and church, we enjoy going to Razorback football, basketball and baseball games. Other hobbies of ours include hiking and canoeing.

I am originally from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  I have been married to Chris since 2004, and we have a wonderful little girl named Megyn.  I moved to Northwest Arkansas from Little Rock in 2008, when my husband was transferred with his job.  I have been in the dental field since 2004 and love it!  I went into dentistry thinking I wanted to assist, but soon realized how much I enjoyed being the first person the patients are greeted by or talk to on the phone.  Outside of the office most of my free time is spent with my husband and daughter (who keeps me very busy).  I enjoy reading, spending time with family and shopping.  Most of all I feel very blessed to work with such a great group of people who make a difference in people's lives every day.

I moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2005.  I have been working in dentistry since 2003 and absolutely love it.  I enjoy helping patients feel more comfortable and understand the importance and value of quality dentistry.  I especially love doing cosmetic cases; when Dr. Kifer really transforms someone's smile, it can really change a person's outlook and self esteem!  My husband, Ben, and I have two sons, Riley and Aaron.  We spend most of our time finding fun activities for the boys to enjoy.  We love exploring and going on drives in the woods, just to see what neat places we can find.   Between sports and church, we stay pretty busy!  Our oldest son plays baseball, basketball and football!  We're hoping both boys will play for the Razorbacks someday!  I also enjoy photography, primarily taking pictures of old barns and buildings, as well as other beautiful scenery, which is plentiful in Northwest Arkansas.

I was born in Hot Springs, Arkansas, but after a few moves to Florida and Ohio, my family settled here in Fayetteville. I love Fayetteville and consider it my home sweet home. I have worked in dental offices since the age of 16 and have known for a long time I wanted to practice dental hygiene. I attended Dental Hygiene school at UA Fort Smith and graduated in 2011. My hygienist always made dental visits fun and taught me to value my teeth; she inspired me to try to have the same kind of impact on people. I love to laugh and really enjoy getting to know my patients. I love to see a patient leave our office with a smile on their face. It brings a lot of joy and satisfaction to my life to know that I have been able to make a difference for someone. I married my best friend in October of 2011, and we love married life. My husband, Matt and I have a chocolate lab named Cooper, and a pom-a-poo named Waffles. We spend a lot of time on Beaver Lake during the summer and love to travel.

I was born in Northwest Arkansas, but had the opportunity to live in Texas for a good portion of my life.  My husband and I have been back in this area since 2005, and are enjoying what NWA has to offer.  I graduated from the Paris Junior College Dental Assistant Program in 2005, and I have been working with Dr. Kifer ever since.  I enjoy working with Dr. Kifer and spending time with all the women I work with.  My husband, Cody, and I have been married since 2006; we were blessed with our beautiful daughter, Laney, in June of 2011.  We have two wonderful dogs, Rufus, a Corgi, and Rascal, a Brussels Griffon.  We spend our free time camping and canoeing with family and friends.  We enjoy riding our motorcycle to view the beautiful scenery of the mountains in this area.

I am originally from Southwest Florida, but my boyfriend, Jeff, and I recently moved to Arkansas in 2011.  I graduated from Charlotte Technical Center's dental assisting program in 2008.  I went on to become nationally certified later that year.  I worked in an office in Florida for a few years before the big moved.  I am very excited to start a new chapter in my life in Arkansas and working with Dr. Kifer.  They have really made me feel at home!  I have a golden retriever, Millie, from a rescue group in Florida, and we adopted our cat, Waffles, after we moved.   I miss the beach, but have been enjoying cooking, baking, and volunteering at the animal shelter on the weekends.
