The CandidPro Process
We use the latest technology to determine whether clear aligner therapy is right for you. Our digital x-rays, scans, and photos help us customize a treatment plan with you in mind.
If you’re a good candidate for clear aligners, here’s what happens next:
- Smile preview — So that you can see what your smile will look like once you complete treatment, we’ll show you a virtual preview of your results. You can see your new smile before committing to the plan!
- Lab creation — Once we’ve answered your questions, we’ll send your scans to the CandidPro lab so they can create your custom aligners.
- Wearing your aligners — You’ll wear your aligners all the time except when you’re eating, drinking anything besides water, brushing, or flossing. Every two weeks or so, you’ll switch to a new set. During this time, you’ll send us photos from your phone so we can make sure you’re on track. You’ll also need to visit our office for occasional checkups.
Treatment Time
Every smile is unique, so treatment times vary from person to person, but the average treatment time is 6-12 months, with more challenging cases taking up to 18 months.
