With CandidPro clear aligner check-ins, you use your smartphone to take photos of your teeth and send them to our office. This lets our dentists check your progress without you coming in for an appointment.
Taking Your Check-In Photos
CandidPro gives you simple instructions for taking photos. You'll take pictures of your teeth from different angles using your phone's camera. The process takes just a few minutes at home.
Send these photos through the CandidPro system on the schedule we give you. This is usually every week or two, depending on your treatment plan.
What Happens After You Send Photos
We will review your photos to make sure your teeth are moving correctly. If everything looks good, you'll get approval to move to your next set of aligners. If we notice any concerns, we'll contact you right away.
When You Still Need Office Visits
You'll still come to our office for some appointments. We need to see you in person at the start of treatment, and for important check-ups as required. But you'll have far fewer appointments than you would with traditional braces. This schedule means less time away from work or family.
